Situated in an exclusive private block of 32 one bedroom apartments on the facing directly onto the rice paddies and with magnificant mountain views all sharing an 18 meter swimming pool.
These apartments consist of the following:
Great Room
  • Each great room varies in size so please check individual plans. Some plans are studio apartment and others have a separate bedroom and great room that includes kitchen, dining area and lounge.
  • Most apartmetns have a terrace leading from the great room of 4 x 2 meters, all have stunning views over the rice paddiy fields to the mountains and some also have views over the pool.
Bedrooms
  • Main bedroom very in size but all have their own ensuite bathroom, with shower, vanity and toilet.
Internal fitting are as follows:
Kitchen:
  • Modern solid teak kitchen with granite top and overhead cupboards, imported induction hotplates, imported stainless steel sink, microwave and LG refrigerator.
    • Dining area:
  • Teak dining table with chairs to seat 4 persons or a bar adjoining the kitchen (check individual plans) plus teak buffet table.
    • Lounge area:
  • Fold down divan plus lounges, teak tv console, LG 42 inch lcd tv and dvd player.
    • Separate bedroom and bathroom:
  • King size teak bed with 2 teak bedside tables, teak vanity with terrazzo and basin and imported toilet.
    • Terrace or Balcony:
  • Synthetic rattan table with 2 chairs or in some cases 2 lounging chairs in synthetic rattan.
    • Gardens and Plunge Pool:
  • Some apartments have private garden, some plunge pools and three have their own private gazebo for relaxing.
